When you present live, your audience will be able to better see and understand your presentation. When you post your PowerPoint online, users with screen readers will be able to access the content.


  • Describe any images using Alt Text, by right clicking on the image, choose Format Picture, then describe in words what the image conveys.
  • Use contrasting text and background colors for greater visibility
  • Make sure any video elements are captioned
