Per eCampus, rented materials are eligible to be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of the start of the term. Visit Return for a Refund.

If you would like to return a rented item for a refund beyond 30 days after the start of the term, you will need to contact eCampus.

At the end of the fall & spring semesters, CVTC accepts rental returns at two locations: the Library & Academic Support desk at the Business Education Center in Eau Claire and at the front desk of the River Falls North campus. Information regarding rental return dates will be communicated via email, on screens throughout each campus, and in The Weekly.

Library & Academic Support is not able to facilitate the return of rented materials outside rental return dates, but we are happy to help you with the process.
