Nic provides library liaisonship for Business & Trades Programs; site administration for Pressbooks, LinkedIn Learning, and other library resources; OER aggregation; oversight to cataloging and processing of resources; and editing and attribution tasks related to the Open RN project.
Nic holds an MLIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Nic was an adjunct faculty for the Library and Information Services associate degree program at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
Nic's non-library life consists of being a licensed alternative care provider, a member of several local and state committees, a disc golfer, an avid supporter of the arts, and a voice for shifting perspectives related to addiction, mental health, and those impacted by trauma. Nic previously co-facilitated faculty informational sessions on Trauma-Informed Pedogogy.
